If you require any large bulky items to be removed from within a premises, please double-check on your behalf the following requirements we ask you before making an online booking.

• Are there any access restrictions to your road (e.g. is it a red route or a narrow road?)
Our team will assess this on the day due to health and safety precautions. We offer a kerbside collection for black bag waste, bin collection, and large bulky items, including televisions, beds, fridges, freezers, and wardrobes. Our services are available for domestic and commercial properties, making it easy to dispose of bulky waste items. If your items are located within a premises please make a note to our team.

Get ready for your collection
Before you book a collection, ensure you check the list of items that we are not able to collect below. Place all items listed out for collection on the kerbside, or driveway 7.00pm the evening before your collection or before 7.00am on the morning of your collection date. Please note: Only place out the items that were described when booking your collection. It is important to keep the items dry and not leave them outside for an extended period of time in all weather conditions. If you are leaving out an item that could absorb water, such as a mattress or settee, please cover them to prevent them from getting wet. Any wet items may become too heavy to lift and may not be collected. Please note if you have a large quantity of black bags to be removed we do advise you to leave them within your premises grounds and our team will remove them safely. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and efficient collection process.
